Please read and agree to the following policies prior to completing this event request.

Alcohol is permitted in accordance with GMSC alcohol policy. No person under the age of 21 is allowed to possess or consume alcohol. No glass containers are permitted. Alcoholic beverages will not be sold or provided by Green Mountain Swim Club. No kegs (including mini or “pony” kegs) of beer are permitted, with the exception of adult only social functions. Any person who appears to be intoxicated, or is acting in an unruly, disrespectful or unsafe manner, may be asked to leave the premises by any member of the pool staff. Failure to follow the directions of the pool staff or pool board may subject individuals or families to termination of their membership without refund.

If this event is cancelled I understand that I must contact the GMSC Event Planner at events4gmsc@gmail.com as soon as possible or at minimum one week prior to the event.

The signer of this contract is responsible for having all guests off the premises by the end time agreed to below. If this responsibility is not met, the signer may be responsible for any additional costs the pool may incur as a result.

Once the final event fee is approved between both parties, full and final payment is required within 14 days of scheduled event. Checks can be made payable to: Green Mountain Swim Club and mailed to Treasurer at PO Box 150352, Lakewood, CO 80215 or dropped off at the GMSC guard station. No refunds for cancellation within one-week of event.
